Half Yearly Examination(Session 2023-24)
1. For NURSERY to UKG :-
2. For GRADE 1 to 4 :-
- Grade - I to IV
- The half yearly exam will be conducted for 50M [40 examination+10 internal]
(i) The half yearly exam will be conducted for 50M [40 examination+10 internal]
- a) Course subjects (English, Hindi, Maths,E.V.S.) will be of 50 marks (40+10)
Theory examination – 40 marks
Internal Assessment – 10 marks
Computer – Theory examination – 20 marks (will be reduced to 10)
Internal Assessment – 10 marks
- b) K./ MSc., Sanskrit – Will be of 20 marks
- c) Art, and Music – will be based on theory and internal assessment (set by concerned subject teachers) and then the marks (20) will be converted to grades.
(Grading point scale; A, B, C, D)
- d) Physical Education and Dance – Internal assessment of 20 marks later to be converted to grades.

- 3. For GRADE 5 to 8 :-
There will be four periodic tests in total, two periodic test will be conducted before half yearly exam and two periodic test will be conducted after half yearly for final examination, best out of three periodic tests will be considered.
*Note: The periodic test will be of 30 marks in which 10 marks for MCQ and 20 marks for subjective].
- Grade - V to VIII
(i) Examination for
- a) Course subjects (English, Hindi, Maths, Science, Social science) will be of 100
marks (80+20)
Theory examination – 80 marks
Internal Assessment – 20 marks
Computer – Theory examination – 40 marks
Internal Assessment – 10 marks
- b)K, Sanskrit – 50 marks
- c) French, A.I. will be of 30 marks
- d) Art, Physical Education and Music – will be based on theory and internal assessment (set by concerned subject teachers) and then the marks (20) will be converted to grades.

- d) Dance – Internal assessment of 20 marks later to be converted to grades.
